The fair is organised every year by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) to promote trade and help Vietnamese companies reach new markets.

From 22 to 24 October 2026, 09:00–21:00, at the WTC EXPO International Exhibition Center, A19 Hung Vuong Street, Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

No. Entry is free. Register online to receive a QR code, then scan it at the registration counter to collect your visitor badge.

Each registered visitor receives an email with a unique confirmation code, so please register every member of your group individually.

You will receive a confirmation email (please check your inbox and spam folder). If it does not arrive, register again or write to info@hochiminhexport.com. Show the email at the registration counter to collect your badge.

Please dress smartly (no slippers, sleeveless tops, shorts or short skirts). Photography is not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited. The organiser may refuse entry to visitors who do not follow the fair rules.

Free shuttle bus: Tan Son Nhat Airport ↔ WTC EXPO on 21 and 24 October; Turtle Lake (District 1) → AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary ↔ WTC EXPO from 22 to 24 October. Register for the shuttle.
